Orders with free ground shipping will be shipped based on your order start date. Normally the delivery would be one week prior to the start date. If you need an earlier delivery please send a request with your order number to our email supportus@ucloudlink.com
Orders with express and next day shipping will be shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed by Noon EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Free ground shipping takes 5-8 business days.
However, we understand that some plans are made last minute only – in which case we suggest selecting Express Shipping (3-5 business days for $9.90) or Next Day Shipping (1-2 business days for $29.90)
