  • Unbind the device on your former account.
  • Register a new GlocalMe account and bind the device to your new account.


Please note that the data packages can not be transferred to the new account automatically. We will suggest you change the account after you use up the data package. But if the data package has not been redeemed yet, you could contact our technical support: service@ucloudlink.com to transfer it。
